Wrap Up | Week 1
Wrapping up the week with photos, inspiration and fun things from my own life and around the web.
PHONE SNAPS
All my quick phone photographs from this week come from our last-minute gift card shopping trip to Northpark Center and Target before it was time for back to school. I think I'm in house inspiration mode, even though we're not even to the point of house hunting yet. That's why I look at a Nike wall and think, "An accent wall in a living room that looks like old school bleachers would be awesome! I must take a picture" I basically see "future house" in everything, no matter where I go!
RECENT HAPPENINGS
2016 GOOGLE SEARCHES
This is one of those commercials that stops the room. I saw it on NYE and couldn't help but tear up. Google took the search content from 2016 (riddled with tragedy) and tied it all together with a love-based moral. It is beautiful.
ONE SECOND EVERY DAY
Elise shared her entire 2016 in a short 3-minute video by using the One Second Every Day App. Take a one-second video every single day and by the end of the year you can sum up all 365 days. I LOVED this idea. Started mine this week.
MINIMALISM FILM
If you have slight-hoarding tendencies, like I do, and long to minimize things in your life, this is a must see to begin a new year. It's tragic. It's unbelievable. It's motivational. I decluttered my entire kitchen after watching!
