DIY Sparkly Wine Glass Stems

A simple way to dress up your wine glasses for dinner parties (or your upcoming Oscar soirée) is to simply wrap the stem with a sparkly pipe cleaner. No need to tape, glue, etc. Just wrap and done. Use different colors for every guest.
