Dallas Summer Musicals: 42nd Street
This 2015-2016 season of Dallas Summer Musicals, I am proud to be a member of the DSM Showbiz Crew. Through the program, I will be given tickets to a few shows on its opening night and I get to let you guys know how the performance goes!
The last show of the 2015-2016 season, 42nd Street, is now open! Like a few of these shows, I had no previous knowledge of this one. From the moment the curtain opened to reveal those tapping neon shoes, I was enchanted. "Come and See Those Dancing Shoes" is right. The tapping was absolutely out of this world!
I love a fun overcomer story! As a small town girl, myself, I instantly connected with and was rooting for little Peggy Sawyer from Allentown, Pennsylvania. Did I mention she could tap dance? I mean, really really dance, y'all!
