Lanikai Juice
Madison and I began a girl's day together by walking around Kailua and stopping in at Lanikai Juice. It's a cute little shop with tons of options of great juices, smoothies and bowls of yogurt. I tried out the Choco Loco, which tasted like a yummy chocolate shake, but had lots of yucky-sounding healthy stuff hidden inside! (As long as it's hidden, I'm all for it!)
Once we finished our smoothies, we continued walking around until we got to the ocean. I love that we can walk everywhere here. In Texas, I can't go anywhere without loading up a car and filling it up with gas. Walking is surprisingly enjoyable...especially when you get to water like this!
We ended our day out together in Honolulu at the movie theater to see "American Reunion." Truth be told, I've never seen any of the American Pie movies, but the reunion was filled with lots of laughs!
